Jim Young

A good photojournalist goes where the story leads him, and on the morning of February 8, 1977, Jim Young did exactly that and literally followed his story through the streets of downtown Indianapolis. Jim would go on to enjoy a 30-year career as a photographer for the Indianapolis Star/News, but he will always remember that February 8th. And thanks to Jim, all of us will remember it too, through his images as stark and shocking now as they were then.
