This archival footage is a mix of public statements made by the police and the prosecutor’s office during the hostage crisis, in an attempt to not only communicate with the people of Indianapolis but Tony Kiritsis himself who was listening to media reports throughout the 3-day standoff. From Lt. Dick Jones of the Indiana State Police calmly relaying the latest updates to Deputy Prosecutor George Martz doing his best to convince Kiritsis that the proposed immunity agreement was real.
