On February 8, 1977, in Indianapolis, Tony Kiritsis kidnapped mortgage company officer Richard Hall. Kiritsis claimed that Halls company had swindled him, and wanted to exact revenge. When the situation proved to be too much for the local authorities to handle, they called in the FBI.
Coming in 2017, Dead Man's Line is a true crime documentary about Anthony Kiritsis kidnapped Richard Hall and held him hostage in Indianapolis for three days in 1977.
